Trimble County 2012

It was a cold, fall morning when we arrived in Trimble County!

We snuggled in blankets.....

bundled in sweatshirts....

 and huddled in tents.....

 But it was a beautiful fall day too....the promised rain was no where in sight and the sun was shining!

Most importantly we were ready to run!

 And run we did....Perfectly!

 It was a long line of green and yellow runners.....

 all the way to the finish line.....for a perfect score!

After a performance like that the boys were fired up for sure!

 The boys were awesome too....

 and they were the proud owners of a perfect score as well!

 Every one was happy......

We are just amazed by the way the team and the kids individually still continue to improve! Keep up the good work! State is just around the corner! You just keep getting better...and better!

A rare Saturday practice

It was weird not having a meet this weekend....Saturday We had that feeling of needed to be somewhere.....running in a uniform!

We were not in our Goshen green but we all gathered at Creasy for a rare Saturday practice and a 3K time trial! The kids, as usual, tried their hardest!

 and supported their team mates......

 They continue to push......

 and improve.......

 They are inspiring in so many ways......

 And then we had a little fun with a scavenger hunt!

 The winning team got to eat Krispy Kreme doughnuts first!

 Man, were they good!

 Thank you to the Murphy family for the doughnuts and to the Fain family for the milk!
Looking forward to next Saturday when we are back running in Trimble County!
