and give a little bit more.....
and we want you to know that we see your effort....
When you lay your heart on the line.....we notice.......
We see your red faces.......
and the sweat...that shows us that you showed up today........
and you gave us your best.......
and even when you are asked to do...one more thing.....you do it....knowing it will make you better in the end.....
We are proud of you.....
Each and every one of you.....
You all bring something to the team........
and today when you got your yellow letters.......
It was our way of recognizing your accomplishments in XC so far.......
and saying thank you for all your hard work and effort......
