First week down....

Well team the first week of practice is down!
We ran like champs!




Did some team building relays.....








and worked to become better, fitter athletes!

We introduced you to "The Beast"!
 The hill that makes us better....every time we do it!





 We stretched...and seem to have the inner circle and outer circle down now!

One week down...do you have another in you?
See you on Tuesday! We can all see what teachers we have this year!
