Last Practice before our first meet!

It's hard to believe our first meet is this Saturday! Today was our last practice before the Shelby County Invitational and some great things were happening!

Some of the spirit wear was handed out and now every runner has a t shirt to wear on Friday to school.......

 Our Jack was back...ready to run after his injury....and we are so happy and thankful for that....

 new spikes were tried out......

we practiced starting off the line and false starts.....

 everyone got a high five and a tattoo for the meet....

 and everyone was just excited to be together......

 Shelby County here we come!
