STATE!!! 2012

It was finally here!!!

The 2012 Meet of Champions!

......and it was a cold one!

We all got ready to run our race and cheer on our team!

 We ran with all we had to give today.....no regrets......

for some of us it was our first Meet of Champions as a Goshen Gator.....

 For others it was their last.....

We ran with pride.....

 we ran with emotion.....

 We ran with heart......

 There were tears of frustration.....

and tears of disappointment......

 But we gave all we had to give today.....

 and it was worth it for the awards we won......

Our UNDEFEATED boys team won state!!!!

 and our older girls were runners up.....

 and your younger ones won 5th place!

 But the greatest award was the joy in faces we love for a season well done and a race well run....

 and the heartfelt pride we felt for this team, our runners....and how far they have come this season....

 Trophy...no trophy....medal...no medal....at the end of this race...and at the end of this season we all know how hard these runners have worked, how much they have grown as a team, and how much we love them! I think in our hearts we all feel like winners for sure!
